"Front Cover News!"

What a wonderful surprise to be featured, not only on the front cover of The Bish magazine, but to have a double page spread to boot! What a fabulous team and experience this was. Covering Bishop's Stortford, Saffron Walden and beyond The Bish magazine is a real hero and promotes talent and creativty. The piece chosen for their March front cover is a commissioned piece completed last autumn, as part of a tryptic of three panels, all oil on canvas called "nights bridge" a evocative and dreamy piece to draw the eye through a porthole into night. If one of these is adorning your coffee table - you have a small art work of your very own! Happy reading!

Exhibition - Wright & Bailey

Painting in Italy

We have decided to upsticks for a few weeks and enjoy the delights of Northern Italy. Surrounded by the Italian Alps, with Verona & Venice only a drive away, it is proving to be most inspiring! I will be bringng quite an Italian collection of paintings home with me! The Italian canvas is a beautiul quality and the conditions and inspiration here is bountiful. Capturing the morning light around Lake Garda has been a delight! Watch this space for the collection to hit the website and a future exhibition.

Exhibition - South Mill Arts

Some old and new treasures at my exhibition now installed at The Art Space in South Mill Arts. A great venue with a gallery area for artists to display their work. I was so happy to adorn the walls for the next couple of months. Do pop in an take a look!

Norway - Visiting Artist Arne Paus

We had a wonderful trip to Norway last week staying with an Artist friend and his talented wife. Arne Paus has some beautiful and inspiring storytelling abilities in his oil paintings, it was a wonderful experience to sit for him in his studio, we both had our own portraits done! It truly is wonderful to be around heavy weight artists like Arne. Check out his website below!

What a wonderful gift! A very kind builder friend has created a brand new studio for me at the bottom of my garden in Hertfordshire. This dedicated space has a lovely high ceiling and plenty of wall hanging space. I can't wait to get painting!
